Privacy

This notice explains how Lucinda Wells handles personal information when you use this website or contact her. It describes the current website draft. It should be checked against the final hosting, email and booking arrangements before the site is moved to lucindawells.com.

Who is responsible

Lucinda Wells is responsible for personal information handled through this website. Contact: lucinda@lucindawells.com, or write to Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall Industrial Estate, Suffolk, IP28 7DE.

Information you provide

If you email Lucinda, she receives your email address, any name or contact details you include, and the information in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial enquiry unless it is needed.

This version of the site has no contact form, account, payment facility, newsletter signup or embedded Reflection. Simply reading the pages does not send your answers to Lucinda.

Why it is used

Enquiries are used to reply to you, discuss the work you have asked about and keep a record of the conversation where needed. The usual lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and managing the work. If steps are taken towards a coaching agreement, processing may also be necessary before or to perform a contract. Separate information should be provided if you become a client and more sensitive details are handled.

Contacting Lucinda does not subscribe you to marketing emails. A mailing list, if introduced later, will have its own clear signup and unsubscribe process.

Website operation and service providers

Hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website and messages, such as IP addresses, server logs and email metadata. The intended live host is Hostinger. This private draft is hosted separately. The providers, locations, safeguards and retention settings need checking before the public site goes live.

How long information is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer an enquiry, maintain an appropriate record of the relationship, and meet any legal obligations. Unneeded information is deleted. A specific schedule for enquiries and any future client records should be confirmed before the public launch.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to its use. Email Lucinda using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

Visitors outside the UK

People may read the website from anywhere. This notice is written for Lucinda’s UK-based work; it is not a claim that one privacy notice satisfies every country’s law. Any additional requirements for a future international audience or services will be reviewed when the site and its tools are finalised.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the website adds forms, analytics, an email list, booking, payment, or other services, and after the final hosting setup is checked.
